PROCESSING TIME Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 14 business days not including holiday delays for in-stock items and longer for out of stock items or special order items.
UPS IN TRANSIT DELIVERY TIMES
    
UPS Does not ship to APO, FPO, DPO address. If you select this method of shipment, we will upgrade your shipment to USPS Priority Mail and expedite your order. If you have any questions prior to ordering please call customer service. 
This map is provided by UPS as an estimated In Transit delivery time.
We ship all orders via UPS or USPS or Fedex. These carriers use the weight, dimensions, and destination of each order in order to calculate the appropriate shipping charge. Please be aware that shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guam can be very expensive, and at times can be more than the order itself. We recommend that any customers ordering from these states and territories use USPS Priority Mail as the shipping method.
The online system is not able to always accurately calculate the shipping for larger items, such as rifle cases, Pelican cases, and Dynamic Entry Tools. There may be instances where one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you after your order has been placed in order to verify any changes in the shipping costs.
We reserve the right to ship your item by an alternate shipping method. On the rare occasions when we may use an alternate shipping method, the service we choose will be comparable in delivery time to the original method you have chosen. For instance, we may ship your item via Priority Mail instead of UPS Ground.
We will recharge the shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address or Customer Refusal.
We normally ship each weekday, Monday through Friday. We do not and cannot ship on weekends, holidays, or while we are away from the shop either on business or vacation. Shipping time estimates shown here are ESTIMATES only. Please contact us BEFORE purchasing if you need immediate shipment or delivery. We ship 99% of our items within one or two business days, but occasionally we encounter delays – we are only human.
Additional Shipping Information Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the estimated weight of your shipment and the TYPE OF SHIPPING SERVICE that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point of sale. Please note that order shipments returned to CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. due to incomplete/incorrect postal information or refused entry by customs will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

International Shippments
Import duties, taxes, customs fees and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping rate. These charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Duties, taxes and customs charges are normally collected by the shipping company delivering the package or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse these with additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as ‘gifts’ or ‘samples’ as US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. These behaviors are considered felonies punishable by years in prison and thousands of dollars in fines – please do not ask us to do this for you because we simply will not.
