Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Please note: Our system will authorize and capture sales at time of sale. If items are out of stock you will be notified by email asking if you wish to substitute a different items or request a refund.
Typographical and Photo Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. At times the photos of products supplied to us by manufacturers or suppliers are incorrect and not match the product description. As such, it is highly advised that you pay close attention to the product you order and the title and/or description of the product. Generally the product description is more accurate than the photograph. If you have any questions prior to purchasing your item please call our customer support center. CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Please Note: At times manufactures and distributors may submit information to our website electronically for products that are Not Immediately Available, Not Released, New Products lines, Limited Editions etc. and can or will require Pre – Ordering. The website may not indicate that the items are not readily available. If you place an order for such an item, you will be notified and asked if you would like to be added to a list of pre – orders. These order are considered Special Orders. If you have further questions related to this please feel free to contact our customer service dept.
Stocking Information:
We stock the vast majority of the products we sell. We sell in different marketplaces which makes it impossible for us to keep inventory counts on this site exact. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that the quantity shown as “available” on any particular listing is actually in stock. Please feel free to ask us before bidding if you have any questions as to the availability of a product or if you need it delivered immediately.
We normally keep what we consider a generous stock of every item we sell on-hand. Although it is very rare, we have experienced situations before where we sell out of an item because of unusually high customer demand. In these cases, we will make EVERY attempt humanly possible to ship your item as quickly as possible, but some delays are inevitable and unavoidable. When we cannot provide the item to you within the period of time offered in the listing, we will contact you and ask you to decide if you are willing to wait for the item, or if you prefer, we can process a 100% refund. We want our customers to be happy!
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of business or profits. Some localities do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
PROCESSING TIME
Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
Please note, credit card processing can take up to 3 business days (depending on the accuracy of the information given to us by the customer). Further, for security reasons, voice confirmation may be required before we can process your credit card for payment.
If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from our Distribution Warehouses. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY
Orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addressee as CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged.
Please note that order shipments returned to CombatTacitcal.com and or Combat Tactical, Inc. due to failure to pay import taxes or custom duties may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
