This versatile probe is made of eight flexible and impact resistant aluminum tubes which are easily assembled. The quick mounting system uses a steel cable connected to the tip, and on the other end to the tensioning bolt. By pulling the tensioning rod, the tubes will fall into their couplings forming a 10.4 foot probe (124 in.). The newly developed steel tip has a larger bore channel for easier retraction of the probe. Each section of the probe alternates colors enabling you to better judge depth. It weighs only 11.8 oz and comes packaged in a nylon carrying bag. Breaks down to 7, 17" sections.
